Goals
1. Education Equity: Advocate for equal access to quality education, including culturally relevant curricula, mentorship programs, and scholarship opportunities, to empower young Black scholars.
2. Economic Empowerment: Promote entrepreneurship and support for Black-owned businesses through funding, training, and networking opportunities, aiming to increase economic independence and community investment.
3. Political Representation: Increase representation of Black individuals in local, state, and national government positions, ensuring that policies reflect the needs and aspirations of Black communities.
4. Health and Wellness: Address health disparities by improving access to healthcare services, promoting mental health awareness, and supporting initiatives that prioritize the holistic well-being of Black individuals and families.
5. Community Engagement: Foster community organizing and activism to empower individuals to advocate for social justice, police reform, and policies that dismantle systemic racism.
